There were roaches in the microwaves (all 3 rooms) feces & urine in the toilets, urine stains and pubic hair on the bed sheets, mold in the showers, tvs & wifi that did not work. This place was so dirty and nasty, honestly the pictures don’t match the motel. I for sure thought it was a hotel. They have roaches. The lady at the front desk was nice but honestly unhelpful. I have pictures of hair on the pillows, stains, a roach living its best life. This room should not cost $200 it should be listed for like $50\. The toilet was dirty, there was toilet paper and something already in the toilet when we got there. The toilet seat had stuff on it. We tried to flush it (what was already in the toilet when we got there) and it didn’t go down. We couldn’t use the bathroom while we were there. It was a very last minute trip, we drove 6.5 hrs and got there after 3am, and had to be at the next place at 7:30am. It’s a roach motel, the rooms are on the outside. I tried to get my money back and go next door but she said there was nothing she could do. She did offer me another room but it only had 1 bed. There were 3 adults one being pregnant, I’m sure that room would’ve been just as dirty. Just trying to save someone the same experience we had. It was fairly quiet for sleeping other than the freeway noise. It’s the kind of motel by the highway where you want to touch as little as possible. The bed sheets looked clean. The place definitely needs to be updated, though with the crews staying there and getting grease all over the place, I can understand them not wanting to spend the money on that.
