This is not a fancy hotel. It is very basic but does that very well. Spotless bath and beds. All amenities one needs. We had a three bed room and it was spacious, perfect for mom/dad and one child. Excellent location by Aachen HBF.

It is basic, but it so handy for the train station. The room is small, but fine, the bathroom is also fine. It's just fine. It's all fine. Comfier chairs would be nice (maybe fine?), but for €50-odd a night, you could do a lot worse. I find hotel breakfasts, the participants, really depressing, so just used to pop 30 meters around the corner and get coffee and a roĺl from the bakery nearby. The location really is great. Nice(ish) staff, they communicated to me in a language I've never heatd before. If you're waiting for a train, there's a cracking bar seconds away. I'd go back quite happily. Downside, the check-in time is balls. You cant even drop your bags so have to use lockers at the staiom.

Great location across from train station. Minimally furnished, but can’t complain for the price. Unpleasant odor in bathroom but keeping door closed solved the problem. Bed and shower both good.

Overall just allright
Booked it for a week of Holiday in Aachen. Good location, friendly desk staff. Some not so nice points: room didnt get cleaned all the week. Only new towels provided and bin emptied. Breakfast was alright, but overbooked. Far to small breakfast area with max 25 seats but possibly at least 50 bookings. You had to join the queue for a table... Around the hotel: good options for a quick snack. Very good breakfast options just next to the Hotel with the Moss Bakery!

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance to the city center, and right across from the train station. Somewhat noisy at night because of that, but no big deal. The rooms are big, but basic. No kettles, refrigerators, microwaves, or anything like that. Not even a kettle in the common area for hot water. No cleaning service, and limited front desk staff.

Inter railing trip stopover.
I was inter railing so being 50 yards from the Hauptbahnhof at a reasonable price was excellent. Decent restaurants and cafes around and lots more in the Altstadt. Nice city too.

Literally bare bones offering. The location is excellent and that is what you're paying for. This place has zero amenities and the one sole staff member at the reception definitely slspt through her customer service orientation week. Zero wath towards guests. If you are desperate for the location and staying for a a couple of days max, go for this. Anything more, find someplace else for a better return on your money. Not even a coffee machine at this place.

Close to Aachen Hbf
Perfect location close to the central station. Not easy to find, since the entrance door is small and with no name...... The room was large and perfect. I will use the hotel again next time I will visit Aachen.

We usually use Accord/ Ibis chain of hotels… this time we said let’s give Bestprice Hotel a chance ! Although the cost of rooms was almost the same as Ibis. The receptionist Richard was very professional and courteous . Best price, could be s great competitor to Ibis if they manage to get good and professional customers nit like the rif raf we have seen during our stay. We stayed two nights and thought it was ok and could use the hotel again on further travel. The second night was terrible as we found out that the hotel’s soundproofing is just terrible. The other guests above our room or could be next to our room were extremely noisy we couldnt get to sleep! We called a hotel number ( as the front desk closes at 10 pm and nobody on duty after 10 pm!) to report this but We explained that someone has to do sonething unfortunately he did not seem to have done anything and the tumult and racket continued until past 2 am with a different type of noise the sexual intercourse of the couple above . If you do not mind tumult and noise it is fine to stay here if not find another place . Finally a note on the car park space in a dirty courtyard with a very narrow gate but the courtyard is full of broken refuse bags the tenants of the adjacent building leave outside the refuse drums!!! Worst "Hotel" that I've ever experienced.
When I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM, the doors were locked and I couldn't get inside. I had to pay for a locker at the train station to store my luggage. When I came back at 13:30 PM, the employee at the desk very rudely told me to wait outside, and they refused to speak with me until exactly 14:00 PM. To make matters worst, none of the staff at the hotel were wearing masks, so they are clearly not taking this pandemic very seriously. Avoid this hotel.

Das Hotel ist ordentlich und gut renoviert. Es liegt in Fußweg Reichweite zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer nach hinten zum Garten sind sehr ruhig. Zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten.

Perfect place for a short visit. I was 3 nights at BestPrice and I had a good night sleep. That's all i was looking for. Opposite of central trainstation, many buses stop there and a nice walk to the city center. A nice supermarket in the trainstation or a big rewe just 5 minutes away. Restaurants in the area too. Best Price Quality ... I will be back!

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt !!!
Mir hat der Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht gefallen, Zimmer sind nicht Sauber!! Servicekräfte sind sehr unhygienisch! Zimmer sind bei der Ankunft verstaubt und die ablagen sind befleckt vom vorherigen besucher! Betten sehen dreckig aus ,Staub überall und beim reinkommen ins zimmer riecht es so Streng nach Schweiß und was nicht alles diese Servicekräfte Arbeiten einfach nicht sauber?! hatte ich auch nie gehabt!unglaubliche Ruhestörung wenn man im Zimmer sitzt, hört man jeden im Gang laufen oder sprechen, hinzu kommt auch das ein Service angestellter meint er müsse um 8:30 Uhr lautstark im Gang telefonieren vor meinem Zimmer. Auf die bitte er solle wo anderes Telefonieren weil Mensch noch schlafen wollen um 8:30Uhr !!! hatt er nicht reagiert das ganze ging 2 Stunden lang so! worauf ich die Rezeption telefonisch anrufen musste diese aber sehr zuvorkommend sich gleich um das Problem gekümmert hat. Und auch noch gefragt hat ob die Ruhestörung ein ende hat.Nette Dame. Im Badezimmer befindet sich schimmel an der Schiebetür und in der dusche ebenfalls. Handtücher sind auch nicht Sauber mein Haartrockner ging nicht hatt 2 tage gedauert um einen überhaupt zu bekommen im großen und ganzen liegt es sehr zentral zum Hauptbahnhof einziger vorteil! aber für einen längeren Reise Aufenthalt würde ich es euch nicht empfehlen.auch für einen kurzen Aufenthalt lohnt es nich überhaupt nicht!! Sollte man sich nicht antun.

The place is proper. The parking place is terrible. They should break down the wall between the lines! And give signs on the street! Because if you arrive you can't park your car somewhere to check in. Its on a main street with a lot of traffic. They should put a board outside the entrance of the alley of the garage. And put more sensore light. For its too dark in the evening to walk. The next morning they fixed the garage without telling us and you can't go out until after 12.00 o'clock. You stuck there! Terrible!!! They should inform the customers cause we alrezdy pay for it.

Ich war noch nie in einem solch schlechten Hotel und ich reise viel. Auch bei dem Preis kann man etwas Sauberkeit erwarten. Positiv: netter Empfangsmitarbeiter, bequemes Bett Negativ: unterirdische Sauberkeit (stark verschimmelte Dusche, Urin im WC beim ersten Betreten des Bades, Gestank im Bad, dreckiger Boden, Krabbeltiere unterwegs etc.), Zimmer total abgerockt und ungemütlich, sehr hellhörig, schlechte Kissen

Am Sonntag gab es keine Brötchen zum Frühstück, obwohl gegenüber der Hauptbahnhof mit zwei bis drei Bäckern ist. Es wurden drei Pakete Brot einfach hingestellt, nicht einmal aus der Tüte genommen. Das hatte ich so in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns dann selbst Brötchen noch gekauft.

Vom Hotel Aachen Hauptbahnhof ist dringend abzuraten. Von einem Hotel am Hauptbahnhof kann man erwarten, dass die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt ist. Hätte ich am Nachmittag um meine Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen nicht angerufen, ich hätte die Nacht vergeblich bezahlt. Auch dass erst um 8 Uhr Frühstück möglich ist, ist unverständlich, denn da fahren die ersten Züge wieder los.
