"It was advertised that there was a lodge to enjoy, fire and all. It was locked the entire 48 hrs we were there. There was a separate ‘lounge’, but interesting….Did not see a soul. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Piccolo Hotel in Paso Robles and will definitely return. Our room was lovely—spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel has a fresh, stylish feel that made it a pleasure to come back to after a day of wine tasting. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches, including breakfast items available downstairs in the lobby each morning and a complimentary glass of wine offered in the afternoon—such a charming Paso touch. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of several great restaurants and tasting rooms in downtown Paso Robles. We also found ample free street parking right outside the front door, which made coming and going effortless. A beautiful, well-located boutique hotel with warm hospitality—we can’t wait to stay again."
