"家族4人で初めての石垣島で3泊、お世話になりました。
朝早くからのアクテビティで海に泳いだりして、帰ってきて休憩して、夜プールやジャグジーに入ることができました。
朝も夜もサウナは特に最高でした。
小中学生もとても楽しめました。
途中、発熱トラブルがあった時に布団を貸して下さり、氷も沢山準備していただきました。
スタッフの方がドラッグストアの閉店時間も連携してくれたので、すぐ向かうことができました。とても感じが良く感動しました。
また家族で泊まりたいと思います。

"施設のロケーション、部屋からの景色はとてもとても良かったです。ハードはとても良いのですがスタッフ、特にレセプションスタッフがトレーニング不足でした。
夕食ビュッフェは値段の割にのクオリティーが低かったのは残念です。朝食も込みになっていますが、もう少し充実させて欲しいものです。"
