« We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there...

« We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Slaty Fork! The location was perfect just a short drive to Snowshoe Mountain, making it super convenient for skiing. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The fireplace and hot tub made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the slopes, and the scenic surroundings added to the charm. The host was great, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. »
