There is an extensive amount of rules to follow, more than any other place I've ever stayed. The host was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was a unique experience. The downstairs bathroom was crazy tight but we made it work. Everything was clean and tidy. I wish I had done a bit more research on location. I didn't realize that all the food and community was so far away due to the fire. We finally discovered the beach on the property was good near the second entrance down from the house but only during low tide was it usable. Adding info like that to the house guide would have helped us plan better. Also a more through accounting of what is available for the beach could have saved me room in my packing. Looks like the photos provided and comfortable for the eight of us. Relatively quiet location for a condo (attached). The beach is very small, better when tide is out. Check out kitchen supplies before you go grocery shopping, lots of stuff has been left by previous tenants. A few days before we left we discovered a stash above the microwave hood!
