The ladies at the reception were fantastic hosts. Gave us all the guidance we needed to check in and park. Being a Sunday, they offered some great options for Sunday dining. The rooms were immaculate and we'll presented. I would highly recommend this hotel. Mark

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. As everyone mentions it is hard to find. Our taxi driver just dumped us and left because he couldnt find it. The staff was super nice and helpful. Location was not in city, but bus was right there. my only complaint was it was our only room we rented on our whole vacation with an AC and I didnt feel like it ever got that cool in there.

June 2024 - Canadian Couple We stayed here for one night as we had a missed connection in Zurich. The hotel was close to the airport (20-30 minute bus) and then a 5 minute walk. The room was new, clean, comfortable with a great shower. (Just what you need when your travel plans go awry.) We added on the breakfast buffet to our stay and it was great. An espresso machine, yogurt with an assortment of grains, cereals, nuts and seeds. Hot bar of scrambled eggs, bacon, cold selection of veggies, meat and cheese as well as delicious croissants. As we had time to spare the following day, the hotel held our bags and provided us with umbrellas while we visited the local shopping centre. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Super hotel. Extremely clean. The bathrooms, which is always my top priority were top notch. I booked this place. Had my travel delayed so booked here again the next night too. If all hotels were of this quality I would stay in my tent less. I highly recommend.

Industrial location in a parking lot with Burger King. A bus blocked the sign and entry. Cannot recommend.

Baban was the best part of my stay at the hotel! He was the kindest and most welcoming person I met while staying in Zurich! He gave great advice about navigating the city and handled any issues I had right away. I felt like a queen while staying at this new hotel. The rooms were huge, lovely bathrooms big beds. I’m so glad I chose this place. Thank you, Baban and Tailormade for the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, quite modern, with comfortable furnishings, and kept clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were the standout feature of the hotel. One thing to improve is either make the signage out the front clearer (because it is too small to read while driving) or include some simple directions in the info sent via email (eg: “follow the BK drive-thru sign and park behind/under the building” would have made a big difference). But other than the difficulty in finding the hotel, the experience was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great! The only complaint is that they need better signage. It looked like Google was taking us to Burger King but the entrance is right next door in the Bistro. The Tailormade sign on the window is very small and hard to see. But the staff and facility are great!

Leider hatte ich sehr intensive Tage auf der Arbeit und kämpfte zudem mit gesundheitlichen Problemen, aber sowohl Zimmer und Einrichtungen waren hervorragend. Zur Lösung meiner Probleme wurde ich durch das Personal hervorragend unterstützt. Sehr gute Betten ermöglichten gute Ruhe. Von meiner Seite nur Lob

Great and new hotel. Located close to malls, but you can easily walk to the city center. Staff is so friendly and the hotel is brand new. Delicious breakfast, a cocy bistro and just a great spot.
