This hotel is in the heart of old town Zurich. I have rarely encountered a staff as warm and welcoming. There are many excellent restaurants right out side the door. Victoria, Debbie, Adrienne and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Zurich. They really do treat you like family.

Great location, right on the brick side streets with restaurants and bars. The hotel has only 15 rooms and they are super attentive to anything you need. Very clean with charming details. They provided us with free transit pass for use of trams and busses. What was nice is I wanted to go to the chocolate museum from Lindt, but when I looked online, it said all tours were booked for the next four days, so I just happened to be talking downstairs and mentioned that we’ll miss that, and then they informed us, oh no problem, we’ve got some pre-reserved spots and they provided them to us, which we paid for, of course, and were able to see it that day!

We LOVED our stay! If I could give the staff more than five stars I would - they were all absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is very cool, and we made a lot of use of our balcony. I would stay again if I am in Zurich.

Beautiful 3 day stay in Zurich

Wonderful room and it was perfect for 2 people. Quick check in & the mini bar was a nice touch.. This hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. It’s about a 10 minute easy walk from the train. We will stay here again!!!!
