I liked that the property had a smart TV where you could watch Netflix and YouTube and a selection of channels, luggage lockers we could use before and after we check in/out, and that the service was quick and convenient since all we had to do was click a button to check in and out of the hotel. I didn’t like that the toilet was dirty when we got in, we couldn’t check in until 3pm, which I feel is late, that it was hard to turn the heat on for the shower, that we have to pay extra for room service, and that the snack vending machine didn’t work.

Easy to get in. From the US. Had a challenge calling for assistance. Creating the Key card was the section I missed. After working with someone who knew the language, we got the help. Otherwise ok.

Horrible experience
Terrible service, I got a humiliating email reply after the request of changing the room. I cannot believe they scam costumers with wrong photo and feel there is no problem with it. Even I mentioned that the room's condition is not like what I have seen in the photo, they say there is other photos. But there aren't any of them showing the actual room. Our room was tiny, shower booth was just built poorly just next to your headboard of your bed and this was not mentioned in the photo. I just had one night sleep and moved right away to the other hotel.

Great hotel
Great small hotel in Zurich, stayed here overnight and wished we would have stayed longer. The self check in is very simple and there is a contact number if you have any questions or concerns. They have free lockers for storage if you need to drop off luggage before or after your stay. The rooms are clean and somewhat small, but good if you will mostly be using the rooms to sleep/get ready. The hotel is very close to the train so you can walk about 53 minutes and get the train to the main Zurich station.

The property ran out of paper to print the room numbers. There wasnt anybody available, I had to call using an international card to get help. The WiFi password was supposed to be in the room number printout as well but since there was no paper, I had to call a few times again to get the WiFi password.

Relatively cheap but not worth it.
The hotel was clean and in a good location. However, check in was not seamless-had to call easyHotel because the kiosk was not working. The rooms were set up good. WiFi was not working on anyone’s phone. When reached out for assistance, we were told to turn the phones on/off and then the password would work-it didn’t. The bathrooms were small; this would’ve been okay if the shower would drain. The shower could only run for 2 minutes before over flowing. Not ideal. It was hot in Zurich during the stay. They had fans - which was a bonus. But out of 8 fans, we had only 2 that worked.

Well I can’t rate this place bad as it was exactly as described. No tables, no closet, minimal everything. But they actually tell you that up front. The area seemed to be in a ran down part of town which I wasn’t aware of. Overall it’s a budget stay for one night and that’s exactly what it is. The storage lockers were very handy. Also the stack of fans in the hallway came in useful as it was extremely hot in our room.

The shower head in the room was leaking and sprayed outside of the radius. The room did not have any furniture to place items, so we had to sit on the bed for everything, including snacks/meals, where there was no table. There was no fridge. The bed was nice and the check in was easy.

The room is fairly spacious but lacks a table, chair and closet. So you end up dumping all belongings onto the floor. There is no staff/front desk - checkin is automated. If you are lucky, you get a room on the quiet west side. We were unlucky and got a room on the east side right next to the train tracks. An alarm goes off near the tracks every time a train passes by. There is no air conditioning which was a problem since it was hot during the summer. As a budget option I would recommend it though. WIFI was very fast.

If you are looking for little sleep in a hotel where you hear every door clang shut and every movement of every other resident then Easy hotel is for you. If you want a decent nights sleep then book elsewhere! Not worth the money at all!

Hotel has no staff. Payment at check in rather than time if booking is not good. No new towels and soap was needed in the shower. Charge extra for room cleaned. Price is too high plus no service or breakfast.

The rooms were too hot. The window opening did almost nothing because we didn’t have a fan. We called and asked for one but didn’t get it. The room was pretty clean except for the floor. Idk why they ask about eco friendliness because it’s literally owned by an airline company. lol. Would have been okay if it wasn’t so hot with nothing to help.

Good value for money
Location was key for me. A slight surprise was the notice in the lift that no cleaning was provided. Cleaning could be arranged for a fee. Since I stayed for 15 nights, I thought cleaning should have been provided every 5 days or so. As it turned out, sheets and towels were changed twice in the first few days, without any additional service for the remaining nine days. It was a bit odd, but I managed. A small table an/or a chair would have been welcome, as there were no surfaces to put anything on except for a narrow ledge on the bedhead and a tiny area for the phone. The USB charging station was appreciated, as my adaptor didn't fit into the Swiss powerpoints. All in all the room was fit for purpose, but without a fan and fridge, it could be stuffy in summer.

Simple no frills place to stay. Bathroom is tiny, so not suited for larger people. Easy check I ! You will need a card with a pin in Switzerland for check in. Perfect for a few days while exploring the city. You’ll need your money for dining out.
