This felt quite a basic hotel with minimal staff to help with check in. The room was very small and there was no air conditioning, we arrived during a heatwave so that aspect was not good. On the other hand it was quiet, and just a 5 minute walk to the main train station.

Ultra-boutique hotel very close to the train station. It was a fantastic area with lots of food options nearby. The bed was very cozy and warm. I had an issue with my room and the staff came immediately to help, even though I checked in rather late and resolved it right away.

As there is no hotel staff per se - automated check in and no ammenties I gave those two reviews as a 3 out of 5 - the rest of the hotel, being the room - 10 out of 10 - I love how it is basically beside the train station, which makes it very convenient. Excellent sound proofing so you don't hear the trains - well perhaps a bit - but i love trains so it didn't bother me.

This hotel is very well placed close to the Zurich HB train station, but the interior left a lot to be desired. The underside of the bed was quite dusty, the bathroom sink was slow to drain and one of the sliding bathroom doors didn't close properly. The downstairs provisions for breakfast, snacks and hot drinks were very well made with friendly and very helpful staff, but the room itself was in need of improvement.
