Brand new villa with secured pool, panoramic view of sea and mountain, quiet

  • Pleasant villa of 220 sqm, with a magnificent sea view, the Aiguilles de Bavella and the village of Pinarello. Very functional house and very well equipped; 5 rooms for 9 persons, kitchen, dining room, living-room, cellar, summer rooms with a very large table and a BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower room, 3 toilets, terrace, garden, private parking. The pool is secured (alarm + removable fence)
