The afternoon/evening receptionist was especially helpful, assisting with my luggage and even helping to contact tour operators, which I really appreciated. However, my experience with the morning receptionist wasn’t as positive. The hotel is also a bit far from the centre of Victoria Falls, so there isn’t much to do within walking distance. One downside was the noise in the evenings, guests in the common area could be quite loud, which affected the overall atmosphere. Breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly memorable." About a 15 min walk. There are lots of stalls selling things. The rooms are clean. Well maintained. My bed was a bit lumpy. Staff are helpful. Check in quick. You get two bottles of water on arrival but none after that. There is a small shop in the hotel. Shower worked well. However a non slip mat would be a good idea as its very slippery. Post office just up the road."
