An impeccable and welcoming hotel with an easy 5 star rating (especially based on price point) Possibly a new favorite place to stay in Zihuatanejo. Secure, safe, quiet, Excellent breakfast, good view from the pool... Perhaps most importantly, is how warmly you are received by Humberto and Jesus. They are earnest in how well your stay goes. Look no further. This hotel awaits you.

We really enjoyed the owners. Their hospitality went above and beyond!! Humberto helped us with anything we were looking for and Jesus made the most incredible breakfast each morning.The rooms were decorated beautifully and the location of the hotel was just minutes from the beautiful La Ropa beach.

A perfect gem f a hotel
Outstanding only superlatives will do. The hosts/owners have an impeccable property of two beautifully appointed rooms with all amenities of a luxury hotel. Wonderful views from all angles and a open air kitchen breakfast area with an artistically designed pool and extraordinary views. Breakfast prepared every day by hosts and you feel you are in a private villa. They Serve fresh eggs and fruit and fresh squeezed juice from there own trees. Extra perks owner arranged for lab to come to hotel and do required Covid tests the day before you travel.cannot say enough good things. Thank you again Umberto and Jesus for you gracious hospitality.

We had the pleasure of staying at this boutique B&B for 15 days. From the time Humberto picked us up at the airport to when he dropped us off back there, he and Jesus made us feel welcome in their home. We stayed in the larger of the two private rooms that included a kitchenette. It was very spacious and well appointed. Fresh linens were always available and the view of the bay is second to none. Every morning we were welcomed on the upper pool deck by Humberto and Jesus for breakfast. Jesus prepared traditional Mexican dishes accompanied by a fruit bowl and all the coffee you could drink. Every dish was delicious and filling. When it came close to our departure date Humberto arranged for a company to come to the hotel for our COVID test. Unfortunately the company could not make the appointment as booked. Humberto graciously offered to drive us to a clinic and came in with us to ensure there was no language barrier. This is an example of the great care we received throughout our stay. I highly recommend this locally run hotel and hope to visit again soon.

The place is fantastic, and the room... gorgeous!! . I really enjoyed my stay with a wonderful service, excellent cleaning and a great pool in the top of the hotel. Great view and the best for a romantic stay with delicious breakfast.

Humberto and Jesus are such amazing hosts. Jesus makes the best mexican breakfast. Casa Arcoiris is so peaceful. Birds chirping in the morning while having breakast with a beautiful view of Playa la Ropa which is only 10 mins away. Or you can just relax in the infinity pool and enjoy the amazing sunset. Humberto is always ready to give great ideas for restaurants and places to go visit. He has very interesting historic stories. I definitely recommend this B&B.

Tranquil and Close to Everything
The hotel was immaculate and the decor was casual but elegant. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and kind. We felt quite at home. The bed and linens were top quality. I cannot over emphasize the spectacular views of the ocean from our room and the rooftop where the pool is located! Casa Arcoiris is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 25 minutes from Zihuatenjo.

Hola! Me encantó el hotel. La habitación que reserve de dos personas estuvo bastante cómoda para mis necesidades. Tenía los implementos necesarios para cocinar, una mesa para comer, y un sillón. También hay un espacio exterior con dos tumbonas, y una hamaca y vista al mar. Muy lindo el espacio. Y la atención de Humberto genial Especialmente me gustó que todo está limpio y bien cuidado. Fui con mis mascotas (gatos) y la pasamos bien y a gusto. Y, caminando llegas en 15 minutos a playa la ropa. Y en coche llegarás volando.

Me encanto mi estancia en Casa Arcoiris , Humberto y Jesús son los mejores anfitriones , el desayuno es muy rico, variado y completo. El estilo y decoración del hotel es muy lindo ,tiene una vista hermosa hacia la bahía , me sentí muy a gusto, me dieron varios consejos para disfrutar mejor mi estancia y lo mejor fue vacacionar con mi perrita sin ningún problema ya que es petfriendly .

Excelente hotel en Zihuatanejo!
Buen hotel, muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico y personalizado. La habitación muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. Es una opción muy cómoda para las personas que les gustan las multitudes. Esta muy cerca de playa y con opciones para comer rico. El servicio fue muy atento y familiar. Gracias!

Humber y Jesús son lindo y muy atentos todo está súper limpio las almohadas huelen a lavanda el desayuno fantástico la piscina hermosa un lugar maravilloso lo recomiendo al 100 desde que entras hasta que sales es como un sueño son unas personas cariñosas y unos excelentes anfitriones me llevo un pedazo de su corazón son personas muy responsables y adoran a los perritos otra nivel no como los hoteles que prometen aquí te dan todo lo que prometen
