The Schönblick Residence opened in July 2018 and, with its contemporary style and extensive infrastructure, is one of the top holiday resorts in the Schüttdorf district.  
The spacious sauna area offers a finnish and a herbal sauna.  
Due to the ideal southern exposure, all 21 apartments, spread over 5 floors enjoy day-long direct sunlight and a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn.  
  
The elegantly spacious units come in various sizes from 60 m2 to 130 m². Another advantage of the Schönblick Residence: its immediate proximity to the golf course and the areitXpress lift station - the feeder to the Schmittenhöhe.  
  
In creating the Schönblick Residence, special emphasis has been placed on the landscape-based architecture and the use of local materials. The decor in a modern Austrian country house style instantly conveys a sense of well-being.   
  
LOCATION:  
The holiday complex is located in the centre of Schüttdorf, a district of Zell am See. The ski lift, grocery stores, restaurants and public transport are all within a 3 - 5 minute walk. The lake and the 36-hole golf course are within walking distance or 2 minutes by car away.

SURROUNDED BY GLACIERS, MOUNTAINS AND LAKES   
  
The Zell am See-Kaprun region is a congenial year-round destination in which the seasonal boundaries seem to melt away. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier offers skiing almost all year round and Lake Zell (Zeller See) offers refreshment on hot summer days.   
The region offers everything one´s heart could desire: from an alpine hike to a shopping spree through Zell am See´s old town, a well-groomed round of golf or a wellness afternoon in the TAUERN SPA. In addition, numerous sports and cultural events enrich the calendar: the top tips include the "Zeller Seezauber" (Zell lake magic), the "Wednesday Festivals" and the "Seefest" (Lake festival) in Zell am See.  
  
In winter, the three ski areas Kitzsteinhorn, Schmittenhöhe and Maiskogel provide multifaceted variety over 62 runs at a total length of 138 kilometres. Off the slopes, the winter in Zell am See-Kaprun shows off its gentle side when cross-country skiing, winter hiking or snowshoeing, tobogganing, ice skating or in a horse-drawn carriage or sleigh.
