"We were treated to an upgrade and our room was so spacious! We had everything we needed and were comfortable. There was great water pressure & hot water. Breakfast was included and it was outstanding both days. The staff were attentive and kind. Street parking was good and we were a 15 minute walk to Centro. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time in Hotel La Casona."

"Th rooms were very beautiful. They were very traditional, but not giving you that old run down hotel feeling. The garden was plush with all sorts of beautiful plants like you were in a jungle. It was nice walking on the trails they had through the grounds. The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke English well. "Hotel was not what the pictures show who inspects and how often does it happen it you name we use to book our reservations. We stayed at the hotel one night with no sleep because there is a club across the street music thumping until 4am ridiculous. That’s just one of the many things wrong with the hotel mold in the restrooms shower heads broken, window screens in our closet. We checked out the next day to another hotel away from all the chaos. Front desk was no help asking for a deposit for our TV remote. I have pictures of everything I have discussed above. "
