« Très déçu par notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, Hotels.com n’a ni bar ni restaurant. Nous pensions pouvoir nous restaurer après avoir fait un long trajet et nous avons été déçu d’apprendre que le restaurant était fermé. Je pense qu’il serait de bon ton de le signaler sur le site Hotels.com les quatre étoiles ne sont pas justifié pour un hôtel qui ne propose aucun service de restauration, hormis le breakfast matinal qui est pour le moins moyen. « Loved the bathtub although it can be awkward using it in an open area with your family just around the corner. Some of the hooks in the room are attached to the wall using adhesive so they might not be strong enough to hold heavy winter coats. Would also have appreciated a couple more chairs for sitting since the sofa had been converted to a bed. Additionally, would be nice if there was also body lotion and conditioner since there was only a shampoo/shower gel combo provided. Great that there...
