« Très déçu par notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, Hotels.com n’a ni bar ni restaurant. Nous pensions pouvoir nous restaurer après avoir fait un long trajet et nous avons été déçu d’apprendre que le restaurant était fermé. Je pense qu’il serait de bon ton de le signaler sur le site Hotels.com les quatre étoiles ne sont pas justifié pour un hôtel qui ne propose aucun service de restauration, hormis le breakfast matinal qui est pour le moins moyen. « Nous a nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel tout était nickel, un accueil plus chaleureux aurait rendu le séjour parfait. Dommage que bien que la chambre soit prête avant l'heure du check-in on nous réclame 15 € par tranche d'une heure pour l'avoir. Aussi hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner garni, piscine et spa au top. »
