In a quiet street, ensuring a good night sleep. Room had great facilities, moderm bathroom, fridge, even a small table & washing machine. Check-in was super easy and well explained with a short video. Ante was easy to contact via WhatsApp.

Lovely relaxing apartment
Fantastic stay, easy to find and good size. Very clean apartment with good facilities. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, excellent place!
The location of the apartment is great, it is a new place, nicely remodeled, feels like new. However, finding the place is tricky, the apartment sits on a floor of an old dilapidated building, you need to pass through an old gate, then up the steps to the first floor and there is a very small plaque in the door. Once you make it all is good, communication with the host is fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again, it was a more authentic experience (compared to a regular hotel)

Lovely rooms in Zadar
Our host was so considerate and kind & trustworthy, we arrived & he gave us instructions which were accurate. The rooms are in the old upscale part of town & really beautiful, in close proximity was a laundromat, a cafe & beautiful walking street , Zadar is beautiful!!!!

This did the trick nicely for an overnight in Zadar. The host was very kind and let me check in early. Nice shower, and I appreciated coffee. It is very dark entering the property. Make sure to have your phone flashlight ready.

Perfect accommodation in the perfect spot.
What a great apartment right in the heart of the old town. A very short walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. Loads of space. Comfortable, clean and a fantastic location. Owner took great care of us with excellent communication from booking onwards. Thanks

Superb.
Absolutely fantastic. Not a bad word to say about the Accomodation or Zadar. Great value too. Ive stayed in a lot more expensive properties all over the world and had far less value for money. The location, cleanliness, comfort (including amazing A/C) and last but not least communication from the Ante was second to none. I would recommend the Pyrotima Apartments to anyone and I wish the owners all the very best and with their future plans.

Perfect stay for the old town
The apartment was in a brilliant location just steps away from the people square . The room had everything you needed comfortable bed ,shower tea/coffee facilities it's well worth a stay in Zadar old town .

Very well located, convenient in the middle of the old town. The hosts are extremely helpful and attentive. In general is a nice place to spend a couple of days in Zadar.

FREE PARKING NOT AVAILABLE! BEWARE!
I booked this place because it said "free on site parking". That was not the case. When I confirmed it with them, they called it a "misunderstanding". Its more of a misleading. Had a hard time finding parking. Not very convenient. I hope they change the description so as to not mislead any more people.

GREAT LOCATION!! Very new room with great air conditioning. Very quiet with cold refrigerator. Good Wifi. Parking is an issue, I received a parking ticket while waiting to check in. There is no front desk so ensure you have a working cell phone. Again great location and nice clean modern room. I would return again Dan

Absolutely beautiful well equipped modern apartment. Literally in a heart of old town. Very easy communication with the people we rented from who were able to guide us and were always available when we had questions. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The apartment is really beautiful located in zadars old town. You have plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. During the night it can be a little louder, because of the nightlife. The hallway is a little bit scary, but all in all i felt very safe. If you are looking for a nice, cosy and clean apartment in the old town of zadar, I can totally recommend Pyrotima Apartments

Avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à trouver l'emplacement. Personne pour nous recevoir. Avons dû appeler pour avoir le code d'accès pour la clé. Le stationnement devait-être inclus. Ce ne fût pas le cas. Extrèmement décevant.

Cher Jacques, Merci pour votre avis et je suis désolé que vous ne soyez pas satisfait du service que nous avons fourni. quand j'ai essayé de vous joindre via WhatsApp le matin, vous ne m'avez pas répondu et je n'ai pas pu vous donner d'instructions vidéo sur la façon de vous rendre à votre logement, et c'est pourquoi je suis très triste. cette année nous pratiquons l'auto-enregistrement chez Pyrotim, comme vous pouvez le voir, le stationnement n'est pas possible avec l'appartement, donc je donne aussi des informations sur où et comment se garer le plus facilement pour ne pas trop se perdre.Cordialement

Atención deficiente del alojamiento
La habitación está genial a pesar de la primera impresión del edificio. Pero hubo un problema en el check in (autónomo) y las llaves de las habitaciones estaban cambiadas en los lockers y nos dieron una habitación que no nos correspondía. A las 20h nos llamó el propietario para decirnos que había habido un error y que había gente esperando para nuestra habitación, que nos cambiasemos las llaves. Suerte que estábamos cerca y fuimos, pero nos fastidió la cena. Tuvimos que recoger las cosas, cambiar las toallas... Menos mal que las camas no las habíamos usado, porque nadie del alojamiento apareció por allí a pedir disculpas o solucionar el problema.

Appartement idéalement placé au coeur de Zadar
L'appartement est idéalement placé, à courte distance des sites à voir. Cependant, il est plutôt petit et je me suis cogné plusieurs fois aux coins du lit. Il y avait une odeur désagréable provenant de la salle de bain pendant la durée de notre séjour. Par ailleurs, il peut faire froid en Croatie en hiver, et l'absence de chauffage dans la salle de bain était désagréable.
