Insatisfecho.
En general es bonito. Tiene una ubicación excepcional. La vista es preciosa sobre todo desde la terraza. Pero al personal parece no importarle los clientes. Al llegar el lobby olía a cebolla porque un empleado estaba comiendo su lonche a un lado. Nadie se ofreció a ayudarnos con las maletas, ni nos acompañaron a la habitación, solo nos dijeron como llegar. La habitación no fue como la pedí (tenía 2 camas matrimoniales en lugar de 1 Kingsize) y como ya había tenido una discusión por correo*, ya no quise pedir cambio. La puerta del baño arrastraba/se atoraba. La caja de seguridad estaba cerrada, pedí que la abrieran y nunca lo hicieron. Pobre presión de agua. Se escuchaba ruido del pasillo, la 1a noche había jóvenes llegando de fiesta a las 2am y todo se oía. En la página dice que tienen estacionamiento gratutio y es falso, te mandan a una pensión a 5 calles donde cobran por día y no es 24hrs (debes apurarte a llegar a las 6pm en domingo porque cierran). Y no ofrecieron llevar o traer el carro, con las calles del centro de Zac., hicimos 20 minutos del hotel a la pensión. No hay restaurante (está cerrado) En la página dice que las habitación tiene vista a la calle, aire acondicionado y cama king size. Por correo me dijeron que no era así (o vista o aire) y cuando les dije que cambiaran la descripción en la página para que no generaran falsas expectativas, me dijeron que podía cancelar mi reserva (nefasta respuesta) Sacrifiqué la vista por el Aire Ac. y sí, pero sin cama kingsize

El peor hotel en el que he estado en toda mi vida. Llegamos y nos dan una habitación ultra sucia. El wc extremadamente sucio. La cama con pelos, fatal. Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos fue peor, no pudimos dormir nada. Nos volvieron a cambiar y lo mismo. Es un hotel muy ruidoso, muy viejo, sucio. Terrible la verdad terrible.
