A couple notes - as stated upon check-in, please check with our official Wyndham brand website for a proper listing of available amenities, not our 3rd party partners. As per our records, we also did offer you a complimentary upgrade to a King suite to make up for our lack of inventory, as was also explained upon your check-in. We sincerely apologize for our hot-tub not being available during inclement weather (we experienced a heavy rainstorm the night of your reservation). Our staff member also informed us that you would be leaving a good review for clearing up the issue given the circumstances? Well, we understand that sometimes brutal honesty is the best policy!
