Desert Get-Away, with 2 King beds and 2 Twins!

A beautiful one story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in a quiet picturesque neighborhood in the foothills of Yuma Arizona. Just a short distance to the Colorado river, and 25 miles to the sand dunes, it is the perfect desert escape. The master bedroom includes a KING size bed, two dressers, TV, large walk in closet, and private bathroom with double sinks as well a large soaking tub and separate custom tile shower.
2 guest bedrooms first with a KING size bed, TV and walk in closet with dresser, second bedroom contains two TWIN size beds, closet, small dresser, and plenty of room for air mattress or crib if needed. The guest bathroom also has two sinks and a tub with shower.
The home includes a large washer and dryer in laundry room, large kitchen with 5 burner stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. We do not have cable TV, but we do have HBO max, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu for your entertainment. The living room has plenty of seating with a leather sofa and over sized chair w/ ottoman, the dining area seats 6. For families with small children we stock a porta crib and booster seat.
The large yard has a covered patio with a pool (not heated so very cold in the winter time), and a built in BBQ. Renter will not have access to garage, however there is plenty of parking in the driveway. The house is situated near many conveniences including restraunts, golf courses, a Fry's grocery store about a mile away, and close freeway access . Come enjoy a desert sunset or two at this quiet retreat.
