"Booked room for my parents and they were very disappointed with the whole experience. The check-in was delayed for more than 1 hour because the "room is not ready". This is simply unacceptable as they should have arranged alternatives to accommodate. The front desk was not helpful, did not offer any update of when the room would be ready while my parents were waiting. When the room was finally ready after more than an hour of waiting, my parents arrived the room and found it was not even clean...

"The WiFi was nonexistent except in the lobby right next to the desk. The hotel was pretty but the location is so out of the way. There is construction going on all around it.
