Perfect location, excellent staff who were professional, welcoming and so helpful throughout my stay. From check in to check out, I was treated exceptionally well. Comfortable bed and perfect environment throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

The only thing that I wish could have been different was the noise - there was quite a bit of very loud people on our hall (voices, TV, running up and down the hallways, etc.) both late at night and very early in the morning. I didn't say anything to them, but I wished that a staff member could have noticed and asked them to quiet down. I know some noise is normal, but this was excessive.

Good stay overall. I really appreciate the floors not being all carpeted, I feel like I can see better if its not clean. Bed was comfy and the split bathroom area was very useful for 2 women that needed different areas at the same time to get dressed for an event. One negative was that our toilet would continue to run and not flush a second time unless you manually adjusted the lever other than that it was a modern and clean room that had all we needed.

I loved the size of the facility -- could take the stairs easily. Room was quiet, The front desk staff was wonderful - a warm welcome upon our arrival, and helpful helpful. Victor, building engineer, Ryiara (sp) (worked front desk on Thursday evening while we were there) and Manager were exceptional. Room had bathroom issues and a visibly unclean sheet on bed - both of which dismayed and disappointed me. Thank you.

My husband is stationed at Fort Eustis and we found this hotel the first time I dropped him off and now we only stay here when I come into town. I have felt very safe to stay by myself and with my husband! The staff Is so amazing and so sweet! Would highly recommend to anyone!

They have listed there is shuttle service to and from the airport that is not accurate, they no longer provide that service. Also amenities listed says hot tube. The hot tube has been filled in and is no longer available. We were not happy about either of this not being available as there were some of the amenities that we looked for and chose this hotel because of them. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly and location was good.

Clean and smelled great.
Easy and friendly check in and everything was clean and smelled good in the hotel and room. It was a late check in and one night stay, so that’s all I was looking for, and they hit the mark.

My room really needed fixing, huge scratches on the floor, stains in the couch. The floor was not cleaned well. I felt what the room cost, it should have been a much better quality.
