"I was a bit disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. Because you enter the rooms on the exterior of the building you can’t help but notice that the exterior was very dirty. Inside I was surprised to find that the sink was cracked, the shower faucet leaked and there was hair still in the shower. After my first shower the condensation made its way out into the room itself and the floor was wet from the condensation, and when I sat in the desk chair I noticed that the wheels from the chair left dirt tracks on the floor. So overall the room seemed a bit dated and unkempt. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, kudos to them."

"I booked with Expedia. We arrived late at night and the two bed room we booked had been given to someone else. They did get us a room with a bed and a pull out couch. In the morning, the general manager said she would and did get us a two bed room when we returned from the race track. So, started not good and ended up good."

"I checked into the hotel expecting a clean and livable stay, but the room conditions were unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed multiple roaches throughout the room, including near the bed and bathroom area. The condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to safely stay there. I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."
