  • A stylish and modern house just a short 15 minute walk from York City Centre's fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops and theatres. Perfect for up to 4 guests, this calming space features relaxing neutral decor, a super-comfortable sofa, and wall-mounted TVs in the living area and in each bedroom.

    It has a modern full kitchen and bathroom and provides free on-street parking.

    It's the perfect place for families, couples and small groups to relax after a busy day making memories in the city.

    This beautifully renovated Victorian terraced house is the perfect space to relax away from the bustle of the city. It's neutrally decorated in relaxing tones throughout with stylish features, giving it a modern yet understated feel.

    Living & Dining Room
    The open-plan living and dining room is the perfect space for unwinding after a busy day. Relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the large wall-mounted TV. It has all digital Freeview channels and streaming apps for you to sign into.
    The dining table seats four and is great for relaxed dining in the house.

    Kitchen
    The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make meals for your group. Whether it's your morning bacon and eggs or your evening meal, you'll find it's equipped with all the cookware, tableware and appliances (stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle toaster, fridge) you'll need.

    Bed & Bath
    The house has 2 bedrooms, one king-size and one double. The modern bathroom is located downstairs and features a large shower bath. All of the beds are dressed with fresh hotel standard linens - incredibly soft white cotton bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
    Complementary towels and toiletries are also provided with each stay.

    Master Bedroom
    The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a super comfy mattress. The high ceilings of this Victorian house, give the feeling of space and calm, making for a great night's sleep. You'll also find fitted wardrobes to hang your clothes and a wall-mounted smart TV.

    Bedroom 2
    The second bedroom again benefits from high ceilings and has a double bed. You'll also find an in-built wardrobe to hang your clothes and a wall-mounted smart TV.

    Bathroom
    The bright and spacious bathroom has a large shower bath with a rainfall shower. The L-shaped bath provides the option to have a soak after a long day exploring in the city.

    Outside
    To the back of the house is a small courtyard with garden furniture. This is a wonderfully peaceful spot for a drink in the evening before dinner.

    You've got access to the whole house - inside and the outside courtyard.

A lovely home right in the centre of York. We had a wonderful stay on Warwick Street. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the Minster, with everything we needed within walking distance and plenty of amenities close by.The property itself was beautiful, bright, spotlessly clean, and stunningly decorated, making it ideal for our trip. The host has truly gone above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home, with lots of thoughtful extras you wouldn’t usually find, such as an Xbox and games. We also really appreciated that the house was decorated for Christmas, such a lovely touch.The beds were huge and incredibly comfortable, and having a TV in each room was perfect for a lazy winter morning in bed. The house also has a lovely yard, which would be perfect to enjoy in the warmer months.Communication with the host was excellent; when we asked in advance about bringing an extra car, they arranged an additional parking permit straight away.We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in York and would definitely love to visit again.

This place is as modern as you can get and ideal for those who embrace techy things. Super clean and very stylish and ample parking for residence only! Pizza and takeaway literally few doors down on the opposite corner which generates more foot traffic past the property. One of the neighbors has a dog that barks all afternoon and some of the night, the host let us know that we were not to make noise after a certain time of night because one of the neighbors has kids, think the rest of the residents need to know this. The foot traffic past this property is generally respectful and peaceful and realize the host can not control this, but visitors need to be aware that this area is a University area and you will get students that are loud in a morning. Not realizing we were early to our check in time, we were told that our check in time is 3pm and the lock is on a timed entry, some flexibility would've been great as holiday makers don't want to stick to a timed schedule. someone claiming to be the cleaner came back because of towels or something not dried??? Not surprised as it took hours to dry anything in the outside drier.
