"Perfect house for a weekend getaway. Peaceful, beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting outside and seeing the horse and buggies go by and the farmers working in the fields next door. The house had everything we needed to make for a perfect stay. This was our 2nd time staying here and we look forward to coming back again."

"This was a gem of a place to stay while my friend and I worked the 2024 US Women’s Open golf tournament! All the amenities you could want! I especially enjoyed the Java! The host is very gracious and answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place! And we did get to see two deer roaming the yard last night!"

"Super cute little school house. Very well thought out. Great parks and places to walk the dogs nearby. Kline’s mill park was great. And my older shep loved swimming in the Susquehanna River. Beautiful views of the river in the am. Very peaceful , tranquil and serene. BLESSED BY GOD TO HAVE GONE THERE"

The wrap around porch was really cute. The kitchen had endless tools, silverware and containers/serving pieces. "It started with Carol and Pete bring us the most delicious home made scones for our breakfast for the next three mornings. The house was so beautiful and well equipped for all your needs. The grounds are well maintained and are the home to donkeys, chickens ( that will provide you with fresh eggs) emus & some neighbors cows.The atmosphere is nothing but peaceful. The only bad part of the weekend was having to leave, but we plan and hope to return."

"Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. "The Riverhouse was the perfect place for my solo getaway to take in all of what the area has to offer. There was much to enjoy on the property including the hot tub, huge deck, modern bathroom and kitchen with just about everything you can imagine, enormous TV in the family room, and convenient off-street parking.
