It is very new & spotlessly clean, with comfy beds, nice decor & a lot of extras to make your stay comfortable. As a small group we didn’t use the downstairs family room, but it’s a great extra space for a larger group. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it’s a very short walk into town and to Short Sands beach, & just a bit longer walk to Long Sands Beach. The check in & checkout process was simple & the owner very nice, letting us enter early since the house was ready. We love YB and I highly recommend this rental!
