« Nice clean house in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown and 20 minutes to Hunting Island State Park. Everything we needed was there except couldn't get gas grill to work (maybe out of propane). Owner was easy to contact. Nice outside area with view of marsh. Would stay again! »

« Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant, all around. He was very accommodating. The only problem that we ran into was drying the sleeper sofa blanket. If you use this, wash the night before as the dryer does take a good bit of time. Host was very understanding about the said blanket not being dry at the checkout time. »

« Lovely, quiet cottage in walking distance to the water and downtown Beaufort. Comfortable bed and just the right size for 2 of us. Our only issue was that the shower was either scalding or freezing, it was impossible to regulate. »

« Beautiful inside and out. Private. Comfortable. CLEAN and well stocked. Perfect location. Decks all around that catch perfect views and beach breezes. Wood Stork chaperones in the tall trees in the evenings. Creekside dock was very comfortable and easy to share with friendly neighbors. Host very responsive and honestly has thought of everything. This was a pro-place to stay in a primo location. We enjoyed the Edisto literature and artifacts in the home as well. Such rich and appreciated history....

« This was a fantastic stay. We took my grandmother, mother, daughter and her friend. This property was perfect for grandmas and her mobility issues. The elevator was the main amenity that drew us to this property, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The location right in the heart of Edisto was amazing and convenient. There was ample space and we really enjoyed the open concept of the main floor. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped, better than a lot of other places...

« Brought back so many memories of my childhood vacations on Edisto. Rustic, simple and absolutely perfect. Highlight of the trip was the kids experiencing a hatching sea turtle nest right in front of the house. Kitchen gets a little warm if you are cooking but nothing a provided box fan can’t solve. Perfect back porch complete with cozy swinging couch for a good read or afternoon nap. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean. Well stocked with all the necessities. »

« Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. »
