"We had everything we needed. The views are beautiful the weather was perfect not to hot not to cold. We enjoyed the gameroom and used everything. We would like to thank Robin and Jeff for sharing their space with us! We highly recommend and will visit again!!"

"The good: Inexpensive; Staff friendly and helpful; Lobby and breakfast area recently renovated; Breakfast above average for budget-range hotel (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, good coffee, yogurt, cereal); Good Indian restaurant on premises. The "needs improvement": Other than the lobby, this property has seen better days; Room condition poor - trim, etc. worn - needs painting; Bathroom - white shower/tub surround fixed with off-white flex seal, fixtures worn, vent fan very noisy; Sink area dark - only 1 bulb working in fixture, sink drain barely works; Other: musty smell, A/C works well but very noisy, can hear other guests in neighboring rooms, very humid as pool is nearby, room was directly off the large conference hall, outside of room very dark day and night;"

"Sanitation truck came in to empty the dumpsters in the parking lot at 1:00am. Slamming the dumpsters on the ground and then backing out of the parking lot with the trucks reverse beeper blasting."
