Wasn’t aware there would be very limited food services and cell phone. Gas stations, grocery stores closed up around 5/6 o’clock. The one restaurant had no availability you needed to get a reservation prior to staying. The room smelled of urine and wasn’t cleaned

Good location to stay inside the park. Drivable distance to several tourist spots
We spent one night here on our way back to Grand Teton. We didn’t really have any contact with staff (except when we checked in). Not a super fancy place, but it was certainly convenient.

Overly priced room. No Wi-Fi. No TV. No microwave. Clean room and comfy beds. restaurants need reservations, or you won't have any food to eat. Poor quality of fast food around. Rather stay at West Yellowstone.
There was a hiccup in the reservation and check-in. The staff was not helpful that I had to drive back and forth, called Expedia to resolve the issue but the problem was not solved. However, the manager whose name is Austin helped us to get the right room for the night.
The area was quiet and easy to park. The room condition was not satisfactory for the price we paid.
Overpriced, very outdated. If you want to camp inside a hotel then this one might be up your alley. Not ours, we stayed at Canyon Lodge the night before and although the same complaint of no tv at least it was nice, clean, and less money than this dump.
The property was comfortable and clean. We did miss having wifi as we plan how to dress for our following day based upon the weather. We also like to keep in touch with our children and family and were unable to do so.

No television/ older property, could use some renovation. Trek up a hill to get to room for handicap persons with luggage. Very limited dining/very expensive!!
Room was small and dusty especially on the coffee cabinet. Beds did not have mattress pad and sheets were directly on the mattress. For anyone staying in Yellowstone be aware there is very little cell reception, no Wi-Fi, and the rooms have no TV or microwave. Despite all that I would go back in a heartbeat but stay more than two days.
Kudos to Kim for helping me get a refund. I got altitude sickness. Had to cancel the next 4 nights.
The 2 women he worked with were mean spirited a lady kinda arguing with me I had covid, when I told her I had 2 tests. Turns out I have Bronchitis and am having a tough time breathing.
Anyways I hope to return next year and finish this trip.
It was clean, but for the price it was very disappointing. We were there last weekend in September. It seems like they were closing up for the season and you could really tell. No amenities, food at the restaurant was terrible, I was disappointed. It’s a hotel I would spend 130 to 150 for not 250. We were headed south at the end of our trip so for that purposes, it was a good location.
Enjoyed my stay. I liked the location, and affordable rate. Only drawback was not having proper cell service. Even at Grand Teton, I never lost use of my cell phone. With today’s technology we rely on them for just about everything.
Good basic accommodation in a peaceful area of Yellowstone National Park. Easy driving to the classic attractions as well as some of the smaller trails and sights.
Don't particularly recommend the breakfasts, ok but nothing better than I would get in a standard US hotel.
We were excited to stay in the park for a night during our trip. Things didn't go as planned from the start. Grant Village was already closed for the season although it had said they closed at the end of September (it was 9/17). Cell and Wifi service was down which is not a problem, but when we tried to check in they said we could check in until 4:00 on the dot and that it would be a manual process because of systems being down. Why not inconvenience staff instead of customers and start checking in a little early? There was only one restaurant that was open even though online it said the other restaurant would be open until 10/1. The lodges were very outdated and look nothing like the photos. For the cost I would think there would be some upgrades. We had fun playing by the lake and walking around the village. We recommend bringing games, cards or books to stay busy when the weather is bad.
RUSTIC !!! No elevator for second floor. Tiny bathroom and shower stall. At southern edge Yellowstone but no internet access (I guess understandable), not even TV to get news. No re3gular coffee in room, all decaf. Give it one star for the $250 price, should cody with have been half that amount. Stayed in a $105 room in Cody with more amenities.

Room was smaller than expected and was not like the photos posted. No Wi-Fi and no cell service. Their restaurant did not seem capable to feed all the guests and no other restaurants are nearby. Make sure to make reservations before you arrive or you may go without dinner. Since it was the most expensive hotel during our two week vacation, I expected a lot more.

Mixed feelings
Confusing check-in, clean room, no facilities (as they closed earlier than shown on website). Had to drive over 20 minutes to get dinner.
One of our favorite . Room was tight but expected. The Restuarant was a huge hit for us. Had a relaxing dinner with a great view and wonderful service. Nice gift shop too. Elk were a sight, but enjoyable to watch. Needed wifi.
Rooms were very damp and dingy. There was a rain drip on the gutter that kept us up all night. Told the staff and didnt seem too concerned that we were un happy.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. There was no elevator in the 2 story hotel. Only one dining option at Grant Village and the food was sub par
Overall comfortable but very limited dining services. Long drive to go elsewhere. Suggest not filling all water glasses with water in restaurant...much was wasted and many did not drink it. Given water shortages, would make water on request

Prepare for a rustic experience without AC, TV, or Wi-Fi, but the outstanding staff and service made it enjoyable. While it's not a 5-star hotel, it's sufficiently clean.
There was no internet connection when we were about to check-in. We were told to wait 10-20 minutes until the internet comes back up. However, we ended up waiting for 1 hour until the manager finally decided to check us in manually. No compensations were provided. We queued to get our card number recorded but Sharon who recorded our card number did not pass down our information in the correct order. She gave priority to those that arrived later than us. Her attitude was bad and showed no sympathy towards us when we waited for an hour just to check-in.

We didn’t know there was no television or internet. Nor were there options for our evening meal. We arrived for the evening after touring our route of Yellowstone all day to find our we had needed to make reservations at the one and only restaurant, which had a limited menu. So we ended up having to eat around 9:30pm.

Food service was the worst you can find in the States
The rooms were very small. Unfortunately they lost internet that caused a massive backlog of people trying to check in!!!!!! The wait was well over 1 1/2 hours!!!! They didn’t have a backup plan!!!! Not nearly enough staff to take care of guest paying almost $500 per room!!!
Not their fault for the loss of internet BUT NO EXCUSE for lack of a backup plan since the loss occurred at least 24 hours previous to our checkin.
There was NO COMMUNICATION to the 30 people waiting. News was by word of mouth by guests who might have heard something. VERY VERY POOR.
The employees were very nice but totally overwhelmed. The blame in my option is with the manager for lack of communication & NO back up plan.
