« Absolutely recommend this place for anyone staying in Hot Springs area! Check in was a breeze, the facility was very clean and amazing. Our rooms were apartment style and the setup was amazing. The kids got their own quarters separate from us. Very safe and quiet area and also is within a 24/hr security checkpoint which added a safer secure feeling. Will definitely stay here again next time! »

« Sami is wonderful, very accessible and had a welcome basket full of goodies and homemade cookies. We actually switched to another condo with very similar style and layout, just without the outside stairs. That condo was clean and very comfortable. This is the 4th home that we've rented around the US, and this was the most supplied. « This place looks exactly as shown on VRBO. Was what we needed for the weekend that we had planned. Dawn to dusk on the lake, a place to lay our head at night. Communication with owner was great. Check-in was super easy and fast too. If you are going to be spending much time in the condo, I’d advise the following:If you aren’t a flat pillow person, bring your own. We put two together and ended up being very comfortable. Ask ahead how to use the thermostat. We got in late and didn’t want to bother...
