Lovely N/E facing top floor unit with fantastic 360 PANORAMA ocean and hinterland views located at Pippi Beach in Yamba. We have Wifi and provide with linen and towels and a starter pack of essensials for your stay. Private pool area for complex. Wraparound balcony on the top floor with Comfortable outside sofa setting and dining area with gas BBQ for you to enjoy. Both Oceanfront bedrooms have private balcony. The unit is fully self contained and furnished with comfortable furniture and beds, we supply bedlinen and towels. Perfect for a family holiday or a couples getaway great location at the beach with walking distance to Yamba village. The unit is Spacious over 2 levels with the main living area & master bedroom on the top floor and 2 bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet downstairs. The bedrooms: 1\. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a bathroom ensuit. Comfortable king bed, celling fans, blinds and private balcony with beautiful ocean view. 2\. Bedroom (downstairs) 2 comfortable queen bed, celing fan, blinds and private balcony with beautiful ocean view. 3\. Bedroom (downstairs) 2 comfortable long single beds, fans, blinds. All the bedrooms have fans, side tables with lamps and cupboards with clothes hangers. We supply bedlinen and towels for your stay. The unit is situated in the Well looked after Bindaree complex with only 12 units. The complex has security gates. We have a nice and protetced pool area, outside showers and toilet facilities. You can see the swimming pool from our unit. We have one lock up garage in the complex. No lift in the complex. Solid staircase. Great location at the beach. Walking distance to Yamba village, 900 meters. Walking distance to the Pacific Hotel 900 meters Yamba Golf club is only 600 Meters away. You only need to bring your own beach towels, holiday spirit and a binocular for whale and dolphins watching. This property is not pet friendly. Strictly no smoking. The house was quite well equipped although the dryer wasn't working, which was a pity. We ate out for all our meals so can't comment on cooking facilities/equipment. Nina is a super attentive to communications and a quick to reply to any questions that you might have.
