Please keep in mind that this property is on 2 acres with 2 other homes. We do have chickens, roosters and dogs, and our farm is very family friendly :) 
Though we do have wifi, it can be spotty from time to time! Verizon service usually gets full bars here. FYI - This is a family friendly farm. There are children, dogs and hens/roosters on the property and you may see/hear them during your stay!
