« I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning.
Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. « Really nice place. You can tell there was attention to all the details here. The heating elements built into the outdoor areas really made hanging out outside enjoyable. Sauna worked well and hot tub was ready. Great time! »

« Overall, the house is in a great location and was generally comfortable. The host allowed early check-in, which was appreciated. Issues:•Arrival/Exterior: The front door was open when we arrived, and there were needles on the porch that we had to sweep away.Hot tub maintenance: The hot tub water was dirty and appeared not to have been serviced recently. After we contacted the owner, a specialist came out. We were told service occurs on Fridays and that our early arrival (2:00 p.m. vs. 4:00 p.m.)...

« It was clean. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was top notch. The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. »
