The burbling creek next to the house is an added feature that is fun to explore and look for colorful rocks! This is a fantastic family getaway! This dog friendly seaside escape has a spacious open concept floorplan that is bright, airy and will immediately capture your attention with the amazing views from just about any spot in the home. The ample living area features a 70" HD Smart TV with cable and plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa. You can watch a sporting event or a good movie from the comfort of the home. The dining area has plenty of room for you to enjoy meals or a rousing board game after dinner. Cook up a favorite meal in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy family time! The master suite with a king bed, an HD Smart TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom is sure to be a relaxing space. Step out onto the deck from your own sliding patio door and unwind in the hot tub, watch the sunset or view the stars. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins with prior notice. This bedroom also has a smart TV with cable and blue ray player to enjoy a late-night movie. However, the big west-facing windows cause the house to get very hot in the afternoon. This would not be an issue, except 1) the advertised AC did not work at all (in fact, it was gushing water into the house, and requests to have it fixed were ignored), and 2) none of the doors and almost none of the windows have screens, so if you are traveling with a dog (as we were), you may not be able to open them to help cool the house. Otherwise, the house is more or less as advertised. If they addressed those issues the beach location alone would make it a 5/5 ##### Joshua B. Fortunately only my husband and I were staying for a very short visit. Also, the path to the beach was overgrown and there was no sponge to clean the dishes. Please note that there is quite significant noise from the highway when outside, but none inside the house when all the windows and doors are closed; the highway noise faded into the background for us once we were outside for a while. Clean, bright, comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the AC unit as it was very hot outside and the property manager was right on it. We won't hesitate to return and we really enjoyed ourselves. I have 14yr old and 10yr old boys and a 2-yr old dog. Our dog is thoroughly depressed that we are no longer at the beach house...and we are too! The house was perfect, right on the beach. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. Our dogs enjoyed having a large backyard to run around in as well. It is so nice finding such a great place that allows our fur children to come too. The house was perfect for us to lounge around, barbecue, watch the deer and wildlife in the backyard. It was a perfect relaxing trip for us. I do wish the sliding doors had a screen so we could have enjoyed the door open with the fresh air and sound of the waves. The house was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped. We loved the sliding glass doors that open onto the huge deck from the master bedroom, and we are fans of the well stocked book shelves. The access to the beach was easy and close, and we enjoyed the sunsets every night from the hot tub. It was central for crabbing, the aquarium, whale watching and light houses!
