Due to security purpose, outside food wasn't allow to deliver to your room. Overall (Equipment, location, facilities, cleanliness) is satisfy, but one thing make me disappointed is the way they handle the parcel delivered to the hotel. I asked the reception about my parcel, the staff pointed to the corner of the stair case which is very dark and asked me to find for myself. I have to use my phone torch light to find for myself. That's a lot of parcel is left unattended over there. I'm quite surprise there was no security guard or concierge who will help you to find the parcel. People can take your parcel easily.
