The delightful Villa Xini can accommodate seven (7) persons in two large bedrooms on the ground floor and another double bed on the landing of the first floor. You enter through a large passageway that opens up into a marvellous sunny garden and a small courtyard that leads to the forest green front door entrance. Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with ensuite and three single beds. The other bedroom has a double bed, an antique wardrobe and a writing desk with lampshade. Next is the main bathroom with bathtub and shower mixer, hand-wash basin, toilet and bidet. The living dining area is combined with a fully fitted kitchen that overlooks the splendid private swimming pool, huge sundeck area, pool shower, bbq area and an extensive garden with mature trees. A large stone staircase leads up to the first floor where there is another double bed and small wardrobe. From there it leads to a beautiful wraparound terrace enjoying views of the amazing Rotunda church and the surrounding countryside and beyond to Malta.
