Perfectly Small House

  • Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

The description of this listing is accurate! It is a perfect, small house. We loved staying here this weekend-everything was immaculately clean, and the hospitality was something we hadnā€™t experienced with even a high end hotel stay. We will most certainly be return guests when we are back in the area!

A lovely small home with everything we needed, it was in a convenient location to town and the Athletes in Action campus, where we needed to be. Comfortable and modern, we would stay here again.

The house was clean, the garage was handy to use to store bikes on the car rack and auto. The host made the stay very enjoyable by providing candy in a dish, clean towels,hot tub clean, etc. We utilized the laundry this time, nice to return home with clean clothes. This is the 4th. time we stayed @ the perfect small house, always a good experience.

We had a lovely weekend visit to see our son who is in school nearby. The house is perfectly clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Communication with Bonnie was quick and easy, and she was kind enough to let us reschedule due to an ice storm which changed our plans. We enjoyed the house and would definitely book again in the future!

Communication with Bonnie was clear, timely, and resourceful. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, settled, and created space to relax during a busy travel work week. The snacks, drinks, and desserts provided were a great touch and greatly appreciated! Very clean space, had everything I needed for the week, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus from my busy days! I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel for work!

Enjoyed our stay! House was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and had everything anyone could need. Also, it was nice to be able to park in a garage if you have a smallish vehicle. I would stay again if in the area!

The house was lovely. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and offered many amenities including the ones listed in the property such as the hot tub, but they also provided snacks based on preferences! One of my favorite experiences.

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences weā€™ve ever had. The property was immaculate and exactly as advertisedā€”comfortable, well-stocked, and in a great location. Amazing accommodations!

This place was amazing! Such a cute little home and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. They left us snacks, drinks, and even a coffee gift card for a great little coffee shop in town (that was so good)! Highly highly highly recommend, definitely will stay here again!!
