Bungalow Xanten Vynen

We would like to welcome you as a guest in our modern bungalow (built in 2016) in Xanten Vynen. The bungalow is located in a small development area in Vynen, just a few minutes walk from the Xantener North Sea and the Rhine and offers approximately 118 sqm lot of space for a nice short break / holiday. A bus stop is also only about 100 meters away.

NEW 2018: We now also offer the possibility to rent 2 new e-bikes during your stay.
Conditions: per night 10 € for 1 e-bike or 15 € for both 2 e-bikes incl. Bicycle helmets. Payment upon delivery (supplementary lease) on the spot in cash. Please let us know your request in advance, so that the e-bikes are already in the garage provided upon arrival.

New 2019: Summer can come! From the end of May, both bedrooms are equipped with high quality Daikin air conditioning.

The bungalow has:

- 1 living room with sofa, large 55 "TV, Blu-ray / DVD / CD player, dining table and access to the covered terrace

- 1 large fitted kitchen in the living area with a cozy dining area for 2 people

- 1 double bedroom

- 1 dressing room with two large Schränkwänden

- 1 guest room (with a sofa bed at least 1.. Person)

- 1 main bathroom with bath and large shower (about 1 m x 1. 6 m) directly at the bedroom

- 1 guest toilet with another shower

- 1 windscreen with wardrobe and shoe cabinet

- NEW: washing machine and dryer

- 1 terrace with lounge seating area

- 1 garage (either for car or several motorcycles, bicycles)

- 1 additional parking space

The fitted kitchen is equipped with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and of course with pots plates and many other accessories.

Everything about the property was fantastic. It is beautifully decorated & well-kept & very clean . The hosts have thought of everything that you could wish for when you are away from home. The kitchen was well stocked & easy for you to cook your own meals. There was a plentiful supply of towels & spare bedding. The property is generously sized with a lovely covered area as well as space to sit out in the pretty garden. We hired the e-bikes which were also well kept & of good quality. Frank & Renata met us upon arrival & were delightful to deal with. English is spoken. We really couldn't find any fault & would highly recommend both the property & the area - especially if you like riding bikes on the flat & on cycle lanes & quiet country roads. We woul happily return, thank you both so much

Fantastisch!
Wat een genot en voorrecht om twee weken in deze fantastische bungalow te mogen verblijven. Vanaf het eerste moment hebben wij ons hier thuis gevoeld. Zo ruim, zo mooi gelegen, zo compleet en smaakvol ingericht. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. We hebben veel buiten gezeten en mooie fietstochten gemaakt, naar leuke plaatsen in de omgeving.

Super Haus mit einer einmaligen Ausstattung
Unser Aufenthalt war großartig. So ein toll eingerichtetes Haus hatten wir selten. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der Beschreibung sind wir von einer zentralen Lage direkt in Xanten ausgegangen , das Haus liegt aber in einem Vorort.

Dieses Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geräumig, modern und vor allem liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an Familie Pietrzyk, die uns nett in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt hat. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Klimaanlage hat auch bei den heißen Temperaturen diesen Sommer für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Auch diesesmal wieder begeistert
Wir wurden wieder sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Der moderne Bungalow ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, und man findet mehr als ausreichend Platz. U.a. haben uns die modernen Bäder und der begehbare große Kleiderschrank richtig gut gefallen.

Wir können die exzellenten Bewertungen unserer Vorgäste nur bestätigen. Den Vermietern ist es wahrlich gelungen nicht nur eine Ferienwohnung anzubieten sondern ein Heim. Dieses 2017 gebaute Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, von der Klimaanlage über Holland-E-Bikes bis hin zur gasbetriebenen Feuerstelle; ein Traum. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, um schon die vielen weiteren Radwege am Rhein zu erkunden. Danke für die überaus herzliche Betreuung.
