Location is excellent! My room was spacious and plenty of amenities. Staff with higher rank (front desk, managers, bell boys) were snobby, but the staff at the restaurants, chef and bar were very attentive and friendly, my experience was so much pleasant thanks to them.

We notified it both days but they did not do anything. - Tv is big and new but streaming services do not work - no hair drier - no safety box - no filtering ...
