Thank you for your stay and feedback. Sorry we didn't meet your expectation. All of our rooms are non-smoking. We do have balconies and patio outside of every rooms which guest sometime does smoke outside and its beyond hotel's control. All of our rooms are updated in 2022-2023. Please refer to online pictures which our value guest has posted with the dates.

Thank you for your stay and feedback. All of our room picutures are upto date and we even update our rooms after that please take a look old picuture from 2019 to current you will see the difference. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectation. We don't mis-lead our guests with different pictures as we are a brand and we follow the standards of that brand.

Thank you for your stay and feedback. We will address the issue. We didn't have any complaints on the ice machine from any other guest that we could resolve at the time. We did lots of updates last year you can relocate the old and new pictures from the guests' who took them during their stay. We are old but provide the same service as other big brand does at affordable prices.
