there was dust on the furniture and someone had stuck a big receipt into the peep hole. the room price of 150 was way too much for this old and dirty room. There were stains on the sheets and one of my pillows was yellowed.

The first room we got smelled musty but we moved and the room was ok. When we checked in they required a refundable $100 deposit. We wanted to pay cash but but the refundable on a charge. We were not allowed had to put it all on char g e card.

Peking restaurant, excellent. Loud by the freeway, but convenient. Breakfast disappointing. No eggs or meat.pancakes. were good. Rooms were very clean. Good value for the money.

Great staff! Only complaint was the fridge seemed a bit stinky and was pretty warm. Other than that the apartment was great. Clean, safe, and comfortable.

It was clear that this was an older facility, but that being said, the bed was comfortable, the tv and coffee maker in the room worked, it had everything I needed, and I slept well and was refreshed in the morning to continue my trip… and the price was right, so thank you!

I have stayed at this property many times. Our unit was very worn. They had us in a smoking room at check-in which we did not want. That was changed. Breakfast had only apples as the fruit selection.

First we arrived to find out there was no TV service. Than a sig n that say effective immediately. All pets $25. Most places it's $15 or $20. Cash grab. Than the hot breakfast. No eggs or meat allikrbacon or sausage.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy access from the highway. Gas stations and restaurants are close to Days Inn and easily accessible after a long drive.

Mathew, at check in, did an excellent job in resolving a problem created by the third party I booked thru. He did an outstanding job, and was tremendously helpful, kind and compassionate in resolving a stressful situation. We hope to see him next year when we return. A true professional in the customer service world. Wendi, at check out, was also a pleasure to meet. Together, Virginia hospitality at its finest!

The desk clerk was nowhere to be found at 5:50 in the morning when i checked out and wanted a receipt. I yelled a couple times but no response. The website needs to let people know that the rooms are outside entry rooms.

WiFi didn't work on any of 3 devices, and kid at the desk didn't give a crap about the guest's problems. Told me to call some foreign help desk and spend what should have been an hour of my sleep time withn hem. No thanks. Not worth staying atvWyndham properties for that hassle, P.S. all 3 devices worked without any problem at my next rinky dink hotel.

Was put in a room that Didint have a working ac/heat unit. Was told they Didint have any other “pet rooms” available. First night unit would not work at all and it was 35 degrees outside. Second night unit randomly turned on in the middle of the night blowing full heat and I woke up sweating. Room was clean except for floors, feet were black after a shower from walking barefoot in room. I was refunded my pet fee for not having a working air unit. Absolutely unacceptable.

The only issue was the wifi did not work properly. Took too long to fix it. The young man at the front desk tried his best but was capable of figuring out the solution.

Staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating to both our dog and our travel trailer. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast, coffee was excellent and offered a nice selection of foods. Very easy on/off 77. Will stay here again on our travels.
