Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En revanche, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez basique et ne correspond pas vraiment au standing annoncé. La chambre était simple, et je recommande de bien demander une chambre non-fumeur, car j’ai senti de la fumée dans les couloirs. Pour moi, c’est surtout un point de passage pratique pour séjourner une nuit dans la zone, mais pas un lieu où l’on reste par plaisir. La ville se développe encore autour de ses activités touristiques, et on sent que les infrastructures des grandes chaînes ne sont pas encore pleinement au niveau. Version anglaise : The Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel is very well located for visiting the Avatar Mountains. It’s in the area where guides and travel agencies pick up their guests, which makes logistics very convenient. However, the hotel itself feels quite basic and doesn’t really match the star rating it claims. The room was simple, and I would strongly recommend requesting a non-smoking room, as there was cigarette smell in the corridors. For me, it’s mainly a convenient stopover to stay close to the attractions, rather than a hotel you choose for comfort or atmosphere. The city is still developing around tourism, and you can feel that the infrastructure of major hotel chains isn’t fully up to standard yet."
