I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. She even went beyond what is normally expected, helping us with the next leg of our trip in China. highly, highly recommend the place, very clean, beautiful view, and just all around awesomeness. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the serene atmosphere, friendly service, and the attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed to blend in with the natural surroundings. Our room had a large balcony that looked directly out onto the mountains — waking up to that view every morning was nothing short of magical. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like a kettle with tea and coffee, local artwork on the walls, and warm lighting. One of the best features of the hotel is its silence. Even when fully booked, it remains calm and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation, meditation, or just enjoying a good book.
