Great hotel, staff and food. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were as soft as a brick.

Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club
When we checked we were told we only got a 1 hour spa slot, which was disappointing but then when we went to book that slot we were told we couldn't use the spa due to full capacity. Very disappointed as we choose the hotel for the facilities
