"I had a wonderful stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Room with nice decor and clean. Bed is comfortable. Great location-close to old town and Opera house. Tram/bus stations are nearby. Highly recommended."

"We had a lovely stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff were friendly, welcoming and quick to help with anything we asked. The hot tub was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was fresh, with a good choice to set us up for the day. Great value overall, and we'd happily stay again."

"The most obvious omissiom is that rooms, at least my room, didn't have mobile phone charging points and were not able to offer a charging plug. There was lots of choice at breakfast, but the hot food was always cold and the restaurant had limited choice to its menu for dinner. However, the staff were all friendly and I especially commend the receptionist who charged my phone for me with her own personal charger."
