Located within 100 feet of neighborhood park, 2 minute walk to Banks Channel, and 5 minute walk to beach access and fishing pier. There is an outdoor shower and backyard patio shared with the lower unit of the house.
Parking is limited to two (2) uncovered gravel spaces to the right of the stairs.
(Please do not park to the left of the stairs due to being reserved for the lower unit.)
As for street parking, there is availability; however, the city does charge for street parking during the months of March 1 through October 31.

Perfect location and beautiful house. It Is as nice as it looks in the pictures. All new and beautifully decorated. Excellent stay. Absolutely Great covered porch to chill on too.

This listing was just as described. Super clean, convenient (a 2 min walk to the beach), and it felt like home. The hosts ensured every detail was taken care of and even provided us with amenities such as bathroom supplies, a nice welcome basket, and beach towels. We enjoyed our stay here so much and would highly recommend to anyone. So glad we found this location!
