Motel indigne de cette chaîne

Motel fantôme et indigne de cette chaîne. La personne qui nous a accueillis n'a jamais trouvé notre réservation: nous avons perdu une demi-heure. Nous n'avons jamais eu la clé de la chambre!! Nous devions sortir l'un après l'autre et pour manger, c'est la personne de l'accueil qui a dû nous ouvrir avec son pass! La piscine annoncée était vide et condamnée; personne dans les couloirs; personne pour le petit déjeuner, les cuisines étaient ouvertes...Et bien sûr, pas de Steakhouse comme annoncé. La chaîne doit impérativement être prévenue!

This is the worst hotel if you can even call it that. When i walked in entrance looked moldy. People waiting at desk nobody there. Creepy guy wondering around. Was told pool wasnt working broken pipes. He said it just broke down. Not by the looks of it. Its been a long time. Hallway smells. Room ,no phone no soap,shampoo,no free wifi. No television, no chair, no trash can. The door looks lke its been jimmed open a cowbar more thaan once. Shower needed cleaning. Carpet felt dirty. I would have changed hotels but it was late when i got into town. Wa given pass code for wifi never got internet. Tv had a cable coming from a adjoining room. No lock on inside door for extra security. The guy at the front desk suggested i could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. If i could have i would have. It was late my elderly mother was tired. The only small saving grace the bed was clean and comfortable. Very snall saving grace. Will see if breafast is available this morning. No good reviews about that on reading other reviews.

First there was no record of my reservation. The room key then did not work. The Tv did not work. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Shower tile wall had big hole. There were no cups , coffee , soap, shampoo on the room . I was told by clerk that breakfast was at 6 am . Went there at 7 am, nothing period. Went to my car at 7 am and there were tweakers parked next to my car asking me for things, one even followed me into the lobby. There were about 3 cars on the lot . I left and called the manager about the problems . I was informed that they dont provide breakfast when they have few guests. Certainly not what the clerk told me at check in or what is stated on the listing . I was booked for 2 nights but with unsafe and worthless i moved my stuff out at 5 pm after my business day I am 60 and this was the worst excuse fir a motel and management I have seen. I spend about 30 days in a year in motels. Some people should not be managing or running a business period. Ps . When i WENT back to the room , there had been no housekeeping and none of the things i was missing had been stocked. AVOID THIS MISMANAGED DUMP AT ALL COSTS . A FREE ROOM HERE WOULD BE OVERPRICED .

My baby sister is traveling across the country from the west coast. She was near Jackson when she asked me to get her a room to sleep as she is alone. I am in California. The ONLY reason I reserved her this room at Econo lodge was they have a pool and breakfast. Neither were available for her last night and no breakfast this morning! Bugs on the floor, what a waste of money. Clean up your property! She was so worried about her car being broken into. This place is horrible

Sleeping on the job

The room was overall nice but when I attempted to check in there was nobody there. I waited, called, waited nobody. Finally someone staying there banged on a door and yelled that people were waiting. A while later a sleepy man came out and checked me in without even an apology. It shouldn’t take an hour of waiting to get into your room.

They tried to tell me it was too late to check into my room even though it clearly states check in time is from 3pm to 7am. There was mold all over the walls and ceilings. Lots of water damage. They could not provide me the room I had booked because “5 people booked at the same time”. I’ve seen portapotties at concerts cleaner than this hotel. Do not waste your time or money here. I slept in a chair in the hotel lobby. Atrocious. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. The AC didn’t even work. How are they still in business. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Our stay here was the last night of a weeklong trip of over 1,800 miles. We were looking forward to a swim in the evening only to find out that the pool was closed (and apparently had been for some time). One reason I chose this hotel several months in advance of our trip was based on pictures posted on the website. The pictures show a beautiful large area for the pool and hot tub. Other issues we encountered were no soap in the room, no drinking cups, the toilet leaked on the floor a bit when flushed, the TV didn't work at first but a maintenance man did come and fix it when I complained. The beds themselves were clean and comfortable. However, the hallways smelled of smoke even though it's a non-smoking facility. The attached restaurant in the pictures showed an operating facility, but it was closed. We did not encounter the owner. The gentleman who checked us in was cordial, but when I quesitoned why the pool was closed he insisted that I had called two days ago inquiring about the pool and he had told me it was closed. I NEVER made such a call. All my dealings with the facility were online reservations made months in advance. There was a breakfast available, but it was fairly limited. What saved it was that there was a working waffle iron. I could not get the Keurig coffee maker to work (could be that I rarely ever use one and didn't understand it to be fair). In one of the hallways snack and soda vending machines were empty and not operatinoal. Lack of good security.

The room was cold, The Heat was set up and there is no way you can manage the temperature in the room, i couldn't stay i had to leave to check out at 4am because i didn't want get sick, even thou i got sick 2 days later

Lot not plowed. Mostly ice. Tried checking in after 3. Then again after 6. Still “room not ready. He told me to come down in five minutes. I did. Never got a key. No garbage can. No soap or anything. Smelled extremely of skunk in entire hallway. No restaurant or food around

Leaking roof in the lobby, restaurant closed but still advertised. Pool has a wooden fence around it and is empty. The jacuzzi is empty and looks like it was used as a sand box. Had to wait 15 mins to check in, and another night my keys wouldn't work, had to wait 30 mins until I found someone to renew them.

Worst, worst, worst hotel for that price!

Worst, worst, worst hotel that we have stayed in many years. The pictures on their site must've been from over a decade ago when it was fresh & new. DON'T BE DECEIVED by the nice pictures on their website! There is a fire code violation posted on the door as you walk in, if that gives you any indication of the conditions. Not a single functioning ice machine on the property, the restaurant advertised on the site is actually closed down, filthy showers, only half of the lights work, the mgr asked us to only sleep on one of the dbl beds in our room, and I could continue writing a book about all of the reasons that you wouldn't want to stay at the EconoLodge unless they drastically lowered the price to match the low quality of their place!

Poorly maintained hotel, no WiFi, no working TV, breakfast was terrible, ceiling panels were sitting on the floor, cable wires on TV were cut, cable wires were drilled through holes in the walls and hanging from the ceiling.

Would not recommend.

We stopped here on our way home from family Christmas and it was awful. Stuff coming off the walls, hair all over our bathroom like it was never cleaned, the hot tub had specs of "things" in it that we didn't know what they were, the beds were hard as a rock, the TV wasnt even hooked up so we had to hook it up. No one worked the thank desk the entire time we were there. Woke up thinking there would be breakfast as advertised and there was not. Thank goodness we were there for less than 15 hours. Would not stay here again.
