Wonderful vacation, close to all amenities - 2 grocery stores to get any staples. Walking distance to a ton of excellent restaurants and truck foods. Beach clean, soft sand & swimmable. We were able to walk to St. Lawrence Gap via beach for many food outlets in one direction and walk to other beaches like Rockley & Carlisle beach via the boardwalk in the other direction with many places to eat & shop along the way. Don't need a car for anything other than taking day trips to Bridgetown or...

We moved on the first day from my main floor room overlooking the pool, to the third-floor room with great views of the ocean. Almost everything about the hotel was great. The one shortfall was the restaurant: we started there waiting an hour for breakfast which was very poor. When we gave them a second chance for lunch it took a long time and the food was not as described and was really poor. The concierge, Reggie, was amazing. He booked great outings. Staff were most helpful. Would highly...

Awesome people nice room friendly atmosphere can’t do enough for you

We felt safe in and around the area. Loved how close it was to the beach.

Yes room was clean and staff very helpful and friendly

The staff were superb attending to your every need, especially if you have food issues. They were lovely! The beach was second to none.

Very attentive service. Relaxing calm setting.

This was my first time staying at Blue Haven and I was pleasantly surprised. The place the spotless, the property looked just like the pictures and the staff were AMAZING very accommodating. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet place 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. With great entertainment also a few minutes away. Great location I definitely recommend this place as a home away from home. 5 stars!!!

To be honest I wish I can give 10 score. Very helpful Ameena and Ana Marie truly are the best. The breakfast so good. Also they have car for rental. We are glad we stayed at Hidden Gem. We will be back next year.

The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again.

Very clean.

South Gap Hotel is a small hotel located in the busy St. Lawrence Gap area of Barbados. Every room has French doors that open to a balcony (or patio) that faces the Caribbean Sea! A gorgeous view. I usually stay in "The Gap" when in Barbados due to the proximity to Dover Beach (5 minute walk) and the various bar/restaurant options to be found all along the strip. Spent a week in the late June off-season and had a great time.

Very charming and quiet hotel perfect to get some rest. Both pools are very well maintained and there’s always chairs available. Beach is clean ! The staff is professional, fun, smiling. We went 2 times for dinner at the hotel restaurant and every item from the soup all the way to dessert were delicious. Live singers and musicians. I would not only recommend the hotel to my friends but I would also consider going back.

Amazing property, great rooms, newly renovated. All staff is amazing, even a trainee always super helpful. Great overall layout of the resort. Only one restaurant but food is good. We went our most of the nights so it was not a problem for us. Walking distance to the famous Ostia Fish market and to The Gap.
