« The room was clean. The staff was excellent. I would stay again. »

« The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, overal a clean place, good breakfast. The Bad: Not enough staff on the weekend, Tub was broken and couldnt get fixed (tough with little kids), Pool was out of control with kids running all over and their parents not paying attention. We were approached several times by guys tweaked out on something, which made my family very uncomfortable. Overall- Maybe it was an unusual clientele given Spring Break, but what initially looked to be a very promising...

« L'hôtel semble presque neuf et il est proche du centre commercial et de nombreuses chaînes de restaurants. Hôtel presque dans l'alignement des pistes de l'aéroport donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore lors du passage des avions. »

« I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

« This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...

« I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!! »

« When you go for breakfast the buffet is very poor quality. You feel like to disturb the waiter. Everything is slow. 20min to get 2eggs...Rooms are OK but the "restaurant", forget it. »
